Services

One Innovation offers outdoor and digital billboard advertising services across various locations in the UAE. All services are subject to availability and final confirmation.

Bookings & Payments

A written agreement or confirmation is required before scheduling any advertising campaign.

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms and invoice schedule.

One Innovation reserves the right to cancel or postpone services if payment is delayed.

Content Approval

All advertising materials must be reviewed and approved by One Innovation to ensure they meet UAE advertising regulations and platform guidelines. We reserve the right to reject content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing timely and accurate advertising materials

Ensuring they have the rights to all content used in the ad

Complying with local laws and advertising standards

Limitation of Liability

One Innovation will not be held liable for:

Losses caused by delays due to technical, governmental, or third-party issues

Errors in content provided by the client

Indirect or consequential damages from advertising campaigns

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by One Innovation, including design work and marketing content, remain the intellectual property of One Innovation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate a campaign with written notice, subject to any cancellation fees or non-refundable costs incurred.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
